What this covers
This policy covers this website and describes the approach Chand Studios takes across everything it publishes. Because each app collects different things, every app also has its own policy generated from what that specific app actually does — and it is the app-specific policy that governs that app.
This website
This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, no advertising scripts and no trackers, and there is nothing here to log into.
The site is served by Google Firebase Hosting, which — like any web server — processes standard request information such as your IP address and user agent in order to deliver the page and to protect against abuse. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request necessary to serve the font files. We do not receive, store or combine any of this.
Our apps
Across the catalogue, the pattern is consistent:
- No accounts. None of our apps require you to register or sign in. Progress and settings live on your device.
- Ads, with consent where required. Apps that show ads use Google AdMob, and present a Google-certified consent request (UMP) in regions where that is required.
- Purchases handled by the store. Where an app offers in-app purchases, the store processes payment. We never see your card details.
- Diagnostics, not surveillance. Where crash reporting is used it exists to fix crashes. We do not sell personal information, and we do not build advertising profiles.
Children
Our apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and it will be deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete personal information held about you, and to object to certain processing. Because our apps are built not to hold personal information in the first place, in most cases the fastest and most complete way to exercise these rights is to clear the app’s data or uninstall it — that removes everything stored on your device.
Where an app does hold something server-side (a leaderboard entry, for example), email us and we will locate and delete it.
