The agreement
These terms apply to this website and to the apps published by Chand Studios. By installing or using an app, you agree to them. Your app store’s own terms also apply to the download and to any payment, and where they conflict with these terms for a store transaction, the store’s terms govern that transaction.
Your licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use our apps on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, rent, reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code or assets of an app, except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits regardless of this restriction.
Purchases
Some apps offer optional in-app purchases. All payments are processed by the app store, not by us — we never see your payment details. Purchases unlock content within the app and are tied to the store account that bought them.
Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment. Use Google Play’s refund flow or Apple’s “Report a Problem”. If a purchase fails to deliver because of a fault in our app, contact us and we will fix it.
Radio streams
Our radio apps are players. They connect you to live streams that broadcasters operate and control. We do not own, produce, host or control that audio, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any broadcaster unless a listing says otherwise.
This means a station may change its stream, restrict it by region, or go off air at any time, without notice to us. Broadcast content — including anything said, played or advertised on air — is the responsibility of the broadcaster. If you believe a station is listed in error, tell us and we will review it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with, disrupt or place unreasonable load on any service an app relies on.
- Circumvent or tamper with purchase, advertising or leaderboard mechanisms.
- Submit a leaderboard display name that is unlawful, hateful, or impersonates someone else.
- Use an app in any way that breaks the law where you are.
We may remove a leaderboard entry that breaches these terms, and may restrict access to server-backed features where abuse is occurring.
Intellectual property
The apps, their names, artwork, audio and code are owned by Chand Studios or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Third-party trademarks — including Google Play, Android, Apple, the App Store, and broadcasters’ station names and logos — belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those platforms and stations.
Disclaimer and limits
Our apps are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that an app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a third-party radio stream will remain available.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Chand Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of an app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim — which, for a free app, is nothing.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country, including any statutory guarantees. If any provision here is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
Changes
We may update these terms as the apps evolve. The effective date above reflects the current version, and continuing to use an app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
